Nightly charge - The nightly rate multiplied by the number of nights of the trip (no reduction if staying fewer nights).
Transport charge - The charge per mile travelled on the trip multiplied by the total number of miles.
Children - Children over five are charged at half the parent's charge, or band A, whichever is greater.
Under fives are charged similarly for the parent's transport element only.
Non-members - Pay 20 percent extra.
Early booking discount - A 10% discount applies to any member who books and pays the correct deposit of one half of the accommodation charge at least 3 months in advance of the Trip date.
